Coleman is a native of Blackpool Lancashire. She was educated at Arnold School in Blackpool. As headgirl, she earned straight A marks in her A Levels. In response to questions about her role in Emmerdale she replied that she regrets that she did not have a traditional university experience. Coleman joined a theater company, In Yer Space while in school. The company performed during the Edinburgh Festival for the play Crystal Clear. Her performance was well-received by the audience, and the show was praised by the critics. Coleman was offered the role of Jasmine Thomas while she was auditioning at drama schools. The 2009 British Soap Awards she was recognized for categories such as the Best Actress Sexiest Female and Best Dramatic Performance categories. Coleman was nominated for Best Actress at the TV Choice Awards. Steven Moffat, the producer of Doctor Who confirmed in a 21st March press conference in 2012 that Coleman will portray Matt Smith's partner after Karen Gillan left. Moffat said that he chose Coleman for the role of companion because she could perform best alongside Smith. In addition, Moffat noted that she talked faster than Smith. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. She has been in the world of entertainment since 1987. But, she's more popular for her television projects rather as opposed to films. Out of all the characters Eva has appeared in, on TV shows Dr. Maria Santos in All My Children and the detective Natalia Boa Vista' in CSI Miami are the two that make an impression. It was the former that earned Eva two nominations for the 'Daytime Emmy. Also, she got to express her creative side via music. Eva is not only acting, but she's an entrepreneur and philanthropist. She has been married three times who has a daughter from her second partner.
